Microsoft 365 Calendar is one of the most powerful productivity tools in the Microsoft ecosystem. Whether managing personal appointments, coordinating team meetings, scheduling across multiple time zones, or collaborating with coworkers, a well-managed calendar can dramatically improve productivity and reduce scheduling conflicts.

 

This instructor-led course provides hands-on training in Microsoft 365 Calendar using Outlook on the Web and the New Outlook experience. Participants will learn how to create and manage appointments, meetings, recurring events, and shared calendars. The course also covers scheduling assistants, permissions, categories, calendar groups, time zone management, Teams integration, calendar productivity techniques, and best practices for managing both business and personal schedules.

 

Through demonstrations, guided exercises, real-world scenarios, and practical activities, learners will develop the skills needed to confidently manage calendars in modern Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Prerequisites: Participants should have a Microsoft 365 account, be able to sign in to Outlook or Microsoft 365, possess basic computer and web browsing skills, have experience sending and receiving email, and have access to Outlook on the Web, New Outlook, or Outlook Desktop.
  • Recommended: Participants should have access to Microsoft Teams, experience attending virtual meetings, and a general familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
