Course description

The Sage 300 Order Entry course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to successfully configure and operate the Order Entry module within Sage 300. Participants will learn how to establish system settings, create templates and shipping methods, manage miscellaneous charges, process customer quotes and sales orders, create shipments and invoices, manage credit and debit notes, perform day-end processing, and generate operational reports.

The course follows the complete Order Entry lifecycle from customer quotation through invoicing and financial integration. Students gain hands-on experience working with customer orders, inventory availability, pricing structures, taxes, sales commissions, multicurrency transactions, and General Ledger integration.

 By the end of the course, learners will be able to confidently administer Order Entry processes, improve transaction accuracy, streamline workflows, and support business operations using Sage 300.
