This module provides participants with comprehensive practical knowledge of Sage 300 People Employee Self Service (ESS) and how it can transform traditional HR processes into efficient, employee-driven digital workflows.

Participants will learn how to configure and administer the ESS environment, manage employee and manager access, and enable employees to perform routine HR transactions without relying entirely on the HR department.
